Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client decision-makers and inventors to evaluate the patentability of inventions.
- Prepare and prosecute domestic and foreign patent applications.
- Conduct patentability, infringement/clearance, and validity studies, and provide related client counseling and opinions.
- Instruct non-U.S.-based law firms in the prosecution of patent applications in various jurisdictions.
