Michelle has extensive experience in domestic and international trademark prosecution, copyright prosecution, trademark clearance searches and counseling, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, trademark and copyright licensing, and trademark, copyright, Internet and domain name enforcement. She represents multinational companies, large and small businesses and animal welfare organizations in a variety of intellectual property matters.
She is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. Michelle was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and enjoys movies, reading, travel and spending time with her family and many pets.
