Zachary Grant’s practice is focused on trademark and copyright law. His experience lies in the intersection of law and creativity. Prior to his legal career, Zachary studied the intricacies of the media industry leading to earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Zachary used his expertise to produce a feature-length horror film that sparked his interest in the world of entertainment and intellectual property law.
In law school, Zachary focused on intellectual property classes, both theoretical and practical. While studying at the Michigan State University College of Law, Zachary was accepted into the Trial Practice Institute where he honed his litigation and courtroom skills. Zachary also studied internet law, international IP law, and anti-counterfeit enforcement while working at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office as well as MSU’s Center for Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection.
Zachary understands that intellectual property law is constantly growing in both importance and complexity. He remains vigilant in keeping up with the latest legal theories, business strategies, and technologies.
